GRUBGRABS FAQS
GRUBGRABS is an online platform that specializes in helping people discover great deals from restaurants and food vendors in your area.
GrabBags are special selections of amazing food that feature items from a local restaurant or food vendor made available at great prices. Each GrabBags listing includes a description highlighting the kinds of items the GrabBag will contain.
Enter your location in the search bar on the GrabBags page. GrabBags will show listings within 25 miles of your location by default. You can easily change the search radius (between 1 and 50 miles) by just changing the number in the field below the search bar.
GrabBags are reserved for a small fee by clicking on the GrabBag you want and filling out the form. Once you have paid the reservation fee, you will be given a reservation ticket. You will also receive an email with a link to your reservation ticket. Your reservation ticket will contain all the details on where and when to pick up your GrabBag.
Each GrabBag contains an assortment of food items from the business. You can’t choose what comes in your GrabBag, but you can choose who you buy a GrabBag from. Each GrabBag listing includes a description highlighting the kinds of items it will contain.
GrabBags are picked up from the restaurant or food vendor. The address for pickup is on your reservation ticket. GrabBags may be picked up at any time within the pick-up time window. When you go to pick up your GrabBag, show your reservation ticket and pay for the GrabBag. They will give you your GrabBag. Delivery of GrabBags is the sole decision of the local business.
Reservation fees on GrabBags are normally non-refundable but we do provide credits when warranted. If you want to request a refund for a GrabBag, contact the restaurant or food vendor that you bought it from. If you are unhappy with a GrabBag or have experienced any issues regarding a GrabBag, please contact our support team using the link on your emailed reservation ticket. We’re always here to serve you, and we genuinely appreciate your comments and feedback.
