GRUBGRABS FAQS

GrubGrabs is an online platform that specializes in helping people like you access great grub from a variety of delicious food vendor businesses in your local area.

GrabBags are random assortments of amazing food that represent a selection of items sold at local businesses, available to you at great deals. Each GrabBag has a description highlighting was it may contain.

Enter your location in the search bar on the GrabBags page. GrabBags within a 25 mile radius of your location will show by default. Your search radius can be easily increased up to a maximum of 50 miles or reduced to as low as one mile using the field below the search bar.

GrabBags are reserved for a fee by clicking on the GrabBag you want and filling out the form. Once you have paid the reservation fee, you will be given a reservation ticket. You will also receive an email with a link to your reservation ticket. Your reservation ticket contains all the details on where and when to pick up your GrabBag.

Paying for your GrabBag is simple. The reservation fee is paid on the website when you reserve your GrabBag. The balance is paid directly to the business at pick-up.

Only one GrabBag reservation may be purchased at once, however there is no limit to the amount of GrabBags you can reserve daily.

GrabBags contain assortments of food items from the business selling them. You can’t choose what comes in your GrabBag, but you can choose who you buy a GrabBag from. Most GrabBags have a description of their contents.

GrabBags are picked up from the store, restaurant, or establishment address on your reservation ticket. GrabBags may be picked up at any time within the pick-up time. When you arrive to pick up your GrabBag, show the staff your reservation ticket and pay the balance. They will then give you your GrabBag.

Generally GrabBags may only be picked up within the pick-up window specified on the location’s GrabBag and on your reservation ticket. Whether or not pick-up after hours is accommodated is up to the business.

Generally, GrabBags must be picked up from the store, restaurant, or establishment from which you reserved it. Whether or not GrabBags are delivered is up to the business.

If you are unhappy with your GrabBag or have experienced any issues regarding your GrabBag, feel free to contact our support team. We are always here to serve you.

GrabBag reservations are nonrefundable. If you want to request a refund for the GrabBag, contact the business you picked it up from. If you have an issue with a GrabBag, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

You can help sign up local businesses in your area by telling them to sign up or by learning about and joining the GrubGrabs’s affiliate program.

Each Business sets a limited amount of GrabBags to be reserved each day. Available GrabBags update in real-time. Once a Business has sold all of their daily GrabBags they will remain sold out for the rest of the day. GrabBags in your area will restock the next day.

If you have any food restrictions or allergies, make them known to the business at pick-up so that they can accommodate you.
